REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The cost of the return label will be deducted from the total order amount (excluding shipping protection).
Special Return Policy for Promotional Offers
Please note that orders placed under our 'Buy One, Get One' (BOGO) or 'Buy Two, Get Two' (B2G2) promotions are subject to a specific refund policy. If you choose to return part of your order, refunds will be calculated based on the total amount paid divided by the number of items in the order. This measure is implemented to prevent potential abuse of our promotional offers, ensuring fairness in the allocation of discounts and refunds.
How to Start a Return:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Undelivered Packages:
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please be aware that our policy does not permit refunds in such instances. If you opted for shipping protection at the time of purchase, we encourage you to contact our support team for assistance. However, if shipping protection was not added to your order, we recommend reaching out directly to the courier to inquire about the package’s delivery status.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Wrong Address:
Please note that we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If an incorrect address results in the unsuccessful delivery and return of your package, you will be subject to a restocking fee of USD $10.00. Alternatively, we can dispatch a replacement if shipping protection is included with your order.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges:
Please reach out to us to initiate an exchange for your order. Kindly note that our exchange fee is USD $15 per item exchanged.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
