Do you ship worldwide and how much does shipping cost?

Yes – we ship worldwide. We offer all customers domestic and international shipping with tracking. We offer free shipping and no VAT – we want your experience to be simple and efficient, just as we want it.

How long does it take to ship and process your order?

Shipping and delivery times:

  • USA: 7-12 business days
    Priority: 5-9 business days

  • Europe: 7-12 business days
    Priority: 3-7 business days

  • International orders: 10-14 business days
    Priority: 8-10 business days

Processing times
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be processed before shipping. We do not ship or process orders on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification with your tracking number.

Unexpected Delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than expected. Most delays are due to international customs clearance, which is beyond our control. If your package takes too long to arrive, please contact us, and we will work to solve the issue.
